*India 2030 : social, administration, profession environment.*
*Past, Present, Past.*
India, 2020 to 2030 covers 10 years or 2 tenure of any government. India evolved with unpredictable graph since independence. Just after Independence Indo-Pak war, then Indo-China war, assassinations of great statesman, hunger-famine, population explosion, emerging communal violence etc. slowed down the speed of India’s growth.
India, 2020 is facing most difficulties whether, Covid-19, India-china at verge of war, technical recession, GDP down as much as -23%, religious hatred, joblessness, unemployment etc.
Next ten years will bring opportunities for India and Indians. The world is evolving faster than light. Everyday newness, innovation, ideas are multiplying and becoming infinite. India managed to book seat in the Fast train of development and innovation is praiseworthy in very less time after the horrific colonisation.
*Technology in coming years : India*
It is always a debate that technology is boon or bane. IT brains in India are commendable, but talent migration out of India is of concern.
Many entrepreneurs and businessman expanding their wealth by technology. Serviceability, availability, affordability improved because of technology.
#Soon, Diesel/Petrol vehicle will be electric or zero emission.
#Food availability at any time, with multiple choice of taste served at online food delivery apps. May coming next years the quality and affordability of food will increase. Companies like Zomato+uber eats, swiggy, food panda etc. gave employment to needy.
#till, 2030 mobiles, laptop will be essential gadgets of everyone’s life and personal data will be more costly than gold. May some more gadgets gets innovated then.
#may till 2030, India’s weather forecasting accuracy improves and pre-arrangements could be made to flood expecting areas.
# technology in agriculture is need of the hour to get the best out of it. Otherwise traditional agriculture cannot fulfill the demands of farmers as well as of world.
#defence will be more equipped and advanced.
Technology reduced labour participancy but developed lots of new opportunities.
In this regard, India is doing its best to prove itself in space technology.
History teaches, when portuguese arrived we fought in sea and lost.
We fought on land with English and Afghans, we lost. We fought Indo-pak in air but this time we were prepaid and got the victory.
India is in nuclear power with only 5 countries.
In the coming years India will acknowledge it’s competence in space too.
Technology with limitations can easy the living of mankind. But turbulent use can destroy the mankind too.
Albert Einstein said that after the world war 3, there will be no world war 4. Means WW3 will be so devastating that, there will be no one left to fight WW4.
*expecting India 2030 – social, administration, profession*
Late Dr. APJ Kalam, in his book ‘India 2020’ published in 1998 gave effective solutions to make India economic superpower till 2020. It was 20 years timeline to become developing to developed country.
Unfortunately, we didn’t made upto the expectations of Sir Kalam.
*Social*
India is known for diversity. Diversity of food, attire, language, culture, geography etc.
Hidden diversity is gender discrimination on male, female, LGBTQ, casteism poverty-richness, literate-illiterate, religious extremism etc. which prevails in Indian society in 21st century.
Recently, Supreme court scrapped article 377 in 2018 which was introduced in British era but It scrapped in Britain itself 50-60 years ago. Participation of third gender will support in India’s growth as a whole. Communities which were marginalised from the main stream of development will find their better place in society.
Socially, we are very rigid to accept future. Castiesm also exist but evolved with time, mostly women are still vulnerable.
In next 10 years, digitalisation of education will be the main factor of social empowerment. It will be available to villages. It will surely decrease the discrimination of accessebility. Without any hesitation, 70 year old grandpa can complete his 10th board and may top the exam, Munni married at early age has not to stop her education because of digital online classes, and may be she take a stand not to marry early.
Poverty richness depends on economic theories and politics. Marxism tries to explain the difference between capitalist, state and labour class.
State plays a mediatory role to balance the difference between poor and rich. May till 2030 some reform and bill passes by government to maintain smooth distribution of economy.
*Administration and profession*
Administration and professionalism will surely increase as 21st century is inclined toward technology.
Technology abridges globalization, learning new skills of profession and administration.
Data analytics on crime, disputes, demands will help in administration. Whereas in profession, data will be the demand-manufacture factor of business.
And uncertainties of world will always roll the dice of ludo as Covid did. We adopt the situation which life serve us.
2030, will give some favourable surprise and people will demand for permanent solution of basic needs not the temporary false promises of leaders.
Government with their effective and policies can make India a superpower.
However, India may become technology, economic, defence superpower but the roots will remain same, which is holding incredibly India since origin of mankind.
Very nicely Iqbal quoted :
“Yunan Mishr Rom sab mit gaye jaha se, ab tak baaki hai naamo nishan hamara.
Kuch baat hai ke hashti mitati nahi hmari, sadiyo raha dushman daure jahaan hamara”.
Food delivery apps can never match home-cooked food. Whether it’s 2030, the roots will remain the same.
Unbeatable 🙏
This is india.
